Fit-Out Projects – Dubai
Perfect Diamond successfully delivered a complete retail fit-out solution for a modern clothing brands, Cafes & offices in Dubai. The project focused on creating a clean, elegant, and customer-centric retail space that reflects the brand’s identity while maximizing functionality and flow.
Our team conducted a detailed site survey to understand layout requirements, mall guidelines, and brand expectations. Space planning and technical coordination were finalized to ensure smooth execution.
Based on the clothing brand’s concept, we developed a minimalist retail interior design, focusing on lighting, display flow, and material selection. All designs were approved in line with Dubai municipality and mall standards.
We executed civil modifications, gypsum partitions, ceiling works, and flooring preparation with precision to create a strong foundation for the retail fit-out.
Complete MEP services were delivered, including electrical wiring, HVAC coordination, and custom retail lighting to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
High-quality finishes were applied, including wall treatments, shelving units, display racks, counters, and fitting rooms. Every detail was executed to maintain a clean and luxury retail aesthetic.
The store was finalized with branding elements, lighting adjustments, and a detailed quality inspection. The project was handed over ready for operation, meeting both functional and visual standards.
